# Automatic Intervals

### Automatic Intervals

* Using the **'create intervals'** tool, the user can specify thresholds of motion to isolate the desired straight flightlines. &#x20;
* The user will be left with only the sections of the trajectory desired for data creation.&#x20;
* Click the "create intervals"  scissor icon.&#x20;

* Specify Autosplit trajectory criteria and then click "compute".&#x20;
* The magenta lines indicate the intervals that will be saved under the user specified Interval Name.&#x20;
* Note: With the "AutoSplit Trajectories" Window open, you can reconfigure parameters and click "compute" to recompute intervals.&#x20;
* Close out of "AutoSplit Trajectories" window once you are finished.&#x20;

* Left Click on an interval, and it will be highlighted.&#x20;
* Click the red "X" next to the interval to delete undesirable intervals from the interval list
